The room was cozy and comfortable, with a nice TV and fridge. The en suite bathroom was clean and had a refreshing shower. As a disabled guest, I appreciated the air conditioning and easy accessibility of everything.
Personally, I found the internet access a bit unreliable. But hey, different strokes for different folks!

I had a great stay at this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to answer any questions I had about the city. Secondly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed. The location was also very convenient, with a coffee shop nearby where I could grab a delicious cup of coffee before starting my day. I was impressed with the value for money and the attention to detail that this hotel provided.
No improvements needed, everything was just okay.

We loved the hotel's strategic location right opposite the Thai embassy, making it convenient for our visa-related activities. Additionally, its proximity to Cafe Sinouk was a bonus, offering good food options and excellent Wi-Fi connection. The cleanliness of the rooms and the good shower pressure added to our pleasant experience. We also found the staff to be friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early.
Everything was fantastic.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and it was quite a pleasant experience overall. Loved the location, just a stone's throw away from the embassy. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The staff at the front desk was friendly and always had a smile on their face. The highlight of my stay was the hairdryer in the bathroom and the good Wi-Fi signal.
There were a few drawbacks that could be improved. The bathroom was not the cleanest and could use a deep clean.

The Douangpraseuth hotel provided a clean and comfortable room, allowing me to rest after a long day of exploring the city. The bed was cozy and inviting, ensuring a good night's sleep. the presence of a TV in the reception area allowed the staff to stay informed and attentive while being discreet.
The lack of variety and poor quality, including the absence of tea options and only 3-in-1 coffee sachets, left much to be desired. the bathroom was in dire need of refurbishment and was not cleaned thoroughly.
